Slow Poke came away with the win clinching a AA playoff spot on the final week of the regular season.
The game was back-and-forth heading into the third, with seven lead changes.
Slow Poke finally managed to grab the lead after a strong third inning. A fielder's choice scored Lisle and gave Slow Poke the lead for good.
Slow Poke hit three home runs in the win. Home runs for Slow Poke came when Sage homered in the first inning, Jim homered in the second inning, and Shelby homered in the third inning.
Do Not Rescucitate jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the top of the first. Slow Poke scored four runs of its own in the first. Slow Poke scored on a three-run home run by Sage and an RBI single by Tanner.
It didn't take long for Slow Poke to answer as it scored three runs of its own in the second. Jim blasted his team tying seventh homer of the season. A three run shot that brought across Zak and Sage.
Slow Poke never surrendered the lead after the third inning. The runs piled on thanks to a solo home run by Adair, two singles, and an RBI triple by Sage.
One run in the top of the fifth helped Do Not Rescucitate close its deficit to 12-11. Slow Poke survived Do Not Rescucitate's surge and put up one run of its own in the fifth. Slow Poke scored on an RBI single by Jim when Sage scored from first on a simple line drive single to left. The left fielder pulled a Puig surrendering what would be the deciding run.
8pm @ Master Batters (A)

With an A playoff spot alrighty wrapped up Pokes were merely playing for home field advantage in the first round.
Thirteen runs in the opening three innings allowed Slow Poke to easily put away Master Batters. An RBI triple by Josh, an RBI double by Sage, and an RBI single by Bruce in the first inning and a two-run single by Josh, a two-run double by Mike, an RBI single by Tanner, and an RBI single by Lisle during the second inning fueled Slow Poke's offense early.
Selby had two towering shots that burned the centerfielder and bouncing inches away from each other. Both hits managed to bounce into the seats giving him two ground rule doubles on the game.
Congratulations to Bruce on his first homerun as a Slow Poke as he went deep to left field in the second inning for a three run blast.
