Wrigley Field

7pm at Grassholes (AA)
L, 12-13

Slow Pokes struggled in the field with a short roster and couldn't pull out the win against an inferior team of Grassholes.

Game started off bad with Zak attempting to do the job of leadoff man, coach, and statistician all in one...it didn't work.  Zak and Nate both flied out and Landon might as well have popped up because he hit a SOLO HR to center.  Skyler expanded his outlook on life and pulled the ball to third for a single.  Josh P had a huge day and started off with a two run homer to center.
The rest of the game was slow and Pokes couldn't put anything together other than Josh P hitting another two run homer in the top of the fourth.

Sage and Trevor watched intently online.  It was not exciting.

9pm at Earnhardt Toros (AAA)
W, 28-16*

A huge first inning for Pokes as they put up 12 and kept the lead throughout...allegedly.

Slow Pokes struggled with electronics and only stats from the first inning were counted.  Fortunately for Landon (3B, HR) and Josh P (HR) who both had huge first innings.
